From the metaphorical ashes of Red Cube Bar & Grill rises the beautiful Ruby Blue. Combining subtle pastel furnishings, a sense of space and bold art with smart lighting, Ruby Blue offers something forpretty much everyone. Booth seating divided by long transparent curtains encourage an intimate experience, while live grand pianomusic matches and enhances the mood. An extensive menu offers traditional grills and an eclectic mix of the best of the rest from around the world. Presentation is consistently good, and service friendly. With the club's full drinks list shared by the restaurant, and a Happy Hour from 5 to 7pm, your great night out can't fail. No under 18's allowed.

The restaurant is flexible for any type of social event, from a romantic dinner to largeish shindig of up to 50 guests. You can visit for the food, have a drink in the bar, or host your very own party.Groups over ten can dine from the fantastic Set Party menu. Ruby Blue welcomes all booth bookings, restaurant reservations, advance guest lists, private parties and corporate events. Whatever the occasion,you will be provided with the food, the presentation, the staff, the service and the atmosphere for a thoroughly enjoyable night out. Great live piano tunes. The downstairs bar, booth areas and dance floor are there to be enjoyed all night long. No under 18s, however.

Please note that the booth areas in the downstairs club (The bedouin, Leather, and Zebra rooms) are only available for drinks bookings only, they cannot be reserved for formal dining although bar snacks and canapes are available.
