The White Horse Coaching Inn dates from 1580 and Charles Dickens once stayed and wrote here. Fortunately, the decor is still charming Olde Englande, but every modern comfort has been discreetly retrofitted including everything required for a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Popular with local business folk, families, and residents alike, the restaurant draws a loyal following with its prominent high street location and excellent cuisine.
