The Straits specialises in serving dishes from the Straits region of South East Asia. The cuisine includes influences from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and India resulting in a wide range of tastes and textures. Exotic herbs are blended with essential ingredients using traditional methods.
