The clientele is a mix of local professionals, tourists, and hotel guests, who enjoy the quiet, candlelit atmosphere.What's cooking?We like the tian of marinated and smoked salmon with saffron and tomato dressing, and the roast red pepper and lobster bisque and curry sabayon and lobster samosa to start, and main courses like beef fillet medallions with horseradish gallette topped with Welsh rarebit, and pan-seared Barbary duck breast with spicy pineapple and apple chutney. Delicious desserts and an out-of-the-ordinary wine list.
