Halo is the hot new restaurant at the achingly chic John Rocha designed Morrison Hotel - overlooking the River Liffey. Warm and atmospheric, it offers an eclectic mix of fusion cuisine in a hugely airy and dramtic atrium space. Contemporary and minimalist in style, it's a trendy hangout for the funky Dublin set.What's cooking: Oriental fusion cooking. Signature dishes include coconut, chilli and cucumber prawn soup, szechuan peppered scallops, fried yam, mizuna salad, carrot and lemon grass sauce, and seared spicy Barbary duck breast with sauteed Pak Choi, roast root vegetables and ginger & lime sauce.
