If you yearn for the swagger and glamour of twenty years ago, Langan's Brasserie is still dishing it out in great big gobs. The place to see and be seen is the ground floor room but the Venetian room upstairs is justgorgeous and a little bit quieter. This is a place for stars and stargazing, and also for lively groups and celebrations. The esprit ofPeter Langan lives on in the artwork and menu, and even the artwork on the menu. What's cooking? British/French brasserie of a high order. Don't miss the hot spinach souffle, a long-time favourite, or choose bangers and mash or crispy roast duck with apple sauce or Langan's own upper-crustversion of fish and chips.
