Since its opening a couple of years ago, chef Alexis Gauthier has beenluring clued-in diners to a quiet Pimlico side street to revel in absolutelytop-notch modern French cuisine. Roussillon's dining room, with its vibrantyellows, will remind you of your last trip to Provence, and the atmosphereis relaxed and completely unstuffy. The menu is presented in threesections: The Garden, The Sea, The Land, and care has been taken with theearth-friendliness of the ingredients, e.g. line-caught fish, biodynamiclamb. Signature dishes include grilled pigeon with fondant potatoes andfoie gras, and pot-roasted Blue Bembridge Lobster with warm Jersey potatoesand sauteed girolles. Every care is taken to know diners personally. Theoverall effect is one of pure enjoyment.


A credit card is required to reserve a table for bookings of 6 people or more, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. A fee of £25 per person will be charged for a cancellation within 24 hours or a no show
