Make a model entrance along the 80ft lit catwalk which must be one of the most glamorous entrances to any restaurant in London. And the interior doesn't disappoint - there's a stunning cocktail bar where you can expect to find lots of movers and shakers from South Ken and Chelsea as well as the shopped-out from Brompton Cross. Loft style feel with oh-so-cool restaurant on upper level overlooking the opulent bar area. What's cooking: Modern British cuisine. Signature dishes includes Bison Tournedos with Garlic Butter, Girolles & Spring Onions or Roast Ostrich with Sweet Potato, Cavolo Nero with Port Wine Sauce or Steamed Sea Bass with Tomato Sambal, Spinach & Mint Raita.

With the most glamorous entryway in London, The Collection starts off by giving you and your guests the chance to make a fabulous entrance along an 80 foot catwalk flatteringly lit from below. You then emerge into a soaring, loft-style space with vast bar area and oh-so-cool restaurant on upper level. This part of town is fashion central and The Collection's style lives up to its neighbourhood very well indeed. Perfect for big launches, stylish dinners and celebrations.What's cooking? Modern British cuisine. Try starter of seared tuna sashimi with shiitake, mooli and cucumber salad, followed by main of roasted pork loin with white beans, chorizo and braised fennel, and well, okay, just a bite of pud, just this once, like hot chocolate spring rolls with orange ice-cream .

A credit card is required to secure a reservation for bookings of 6 or more, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the reservation) and no-shows will incur a charge of £20 per person
