Yatra, meaning Spiritual or Sacred Journey, is beautifully decorated; and minimalist offering a comfortable surrounding. It has established a reputation for serving up exquisite Indian/Asian food. The new head chef, Sam Seghal has helped enforce that by devising a menu to take you on a spiritual journey with a sensational mix of both traditional and contemporary cuisine. It's also fully licensed, so you could just have a drink from the extensive cocktail or wine list and enjoy the young, energetic ambience. But then you'd miss out on the fillet of tilapia infused with carum seeds, batter fried and served with balsamic tomatoes or the lamb shank braised in a cinnamon and lemon flavoured tomato sauce, served with curry leaf mash & slow roasted vegetables. Yatra has the Busy Businessman's Buffet designed for those who are in a hurry. Also on offer is wireless broadband for those who have to carry on with business. On Fridays and Saturdays entertainment is provided by the resident DJ playing a mix of chilled lounge music.

Yatra is perfect for parties and launches – and they definitely know how for cater it. Yatra has catered to a host of celebrities and has provided catering for everything from wedding receptions to Royal Ascot week. These guys have even catered events where HRH Queen Elizabeth was the guest of honour! So they will be able to cater for every mood; from a formal sit down for 140 in the main restaurant to a buffet style or stand up reception for 400 people over the whole venue. Yatra also includes Bar Bollywood which can fit up to 190 people standing, or 100 seated (with a dance floor) - proven to be fantastic for canapé receptions. Attached to the restaurant is a private dining area fitting up to 26 seated and 45 standing. For groups of 10 or more, a choice of 3 different set menus is available starting from £19.50 per head. For private functions they can even provide an area for dancing to the award winning DJs especially recruited for Yatra.
