Mission nestles among the chi chi interior design shops that line Wandsworth Bridge Road. A canopied terrace area (very popular in clement weather) leads into an attractive pink and lime room; bar to the right, dark wood seating and twinkling lights to the left. A doorway at the back leads to a similarly-decorated dining room, also filled with gorgeous locals. A tempting menu caters for most cravings: among the predominantly Asian fusion list is a house salad and a tasty burger served with homemade chips. Favourites are the crispy chilli squid and chicken satay starters, followed by chicken pad thai or a vivacious lamb/vegetable (you choose) mussaman curry, both of which go rather well with a chilled sauvignon blanc. There are nightly specials, and a separate bar menu. Professional service. Group bookings are restricted to a maximum of nine, which means Mission’s relaxed vibe is never interrupted.

A credit card is required to secure a reservation, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of no-shows. No-shows will incur a charge of £5 per person
