What stands out at Le Souffle is the incredibly professional and charming service. On our visit nothing seemed too much trouble and we were allowed to dawdle over a glass of champagne in the bar, completely unhurried, for an indecent length of time. Elegant and comfortable surroundings with excellent fare served up from chef Peter Kromberg who has introduced an excellent organic dinner menu courtesy of Planet Organic. Dancing every Saturday night if you are inclined.What's cooking? Roasted lobster souffle, dessert souffles and baby sole champagne sauce and caviar. Lots of vegetarian choices.
