CVO Firevault is already the epicentre for hip hearths and fabulous flames, now the designers have created their own restaurant. Set beneath the fireplace showroom, it's trendy and modern and, what else could it be with fifteen fireplaces, idiosyncratically romantic. The modern European menu includes starter of seared tuna and kiwi carpaccio, main course of beef tagine with baby vegetables, red onion marmalade, prunes and raisins. To finish try Chocolate Marquise and caramel sauce. A must for shoppers weary of the Oxford St bustle, knowledgeable foodies and stylistas, and pyromaniacs.
