The place is a fine dining restaurant at the 582-room four star deluxe Melia White House Hotel on a corner of the charming Regent’s Park. Having blown the cobwebs from your hair on a stroll through the gardens, take a seat and relax in this well-proportioned classically decorated room. A generous international menu offers a mix of exciting culinary journeys, from Mexico (smoked tuna burrito with king prawns, avocado and Mexican sauce) to England (lamb cutlets, thyme sauce, vegetables and mashed potatoes) via Italy (pumpkin risotto, parmesan cheese and sage). Good choice of sandwiches and soups if you don’t want a big meal. Live jazz and piano performances add that extra touch to a lovely night out.
