Nuovi Sapori means 'new tastes' in Italian, so you know just where this bright, airy Italian bistro is coming from. The decor is fresh and modern while the waitstaff maintain traditional Italian standards of service and friendliness. Nuovi Sapori's menu takes some of the best-known Italian dishes and makes them new with inventive touches and creative combinations. Try starter of fresh asparagus gratinee with goats cheese, pasta of gnocchi with crab, lobster sauce and cream, main course of roasted rack of lamb with French mustard and rosemary gravy. This is a buzzing, grownup destination.

Nuovi Sapori is a great location for family parties, birthdays, anniversaries and business events in this part of town. The decor is smart and modern, and the menu is too. There is a private room in the lower ground seating up to 35, or the main restaurant can seat up to 45. Dishes include starter of grilled smoked mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham, risotto with fresh lobster and butternut squash, main of classic saltimbocca all romana, and traditional puddings. There is a very good choice of fish dishes for non-meat-eaters. The overall ambience is trendy and relaxed.
