The smart, chic bar, Guanabara is authentic in every detail, from the regional cuisine, to the chefs, to the very hot serving staff, to the amazing drinks. Cachaca drinks are flavoured with fruit juices flown in from Brazil. Try dishes of cassava chips, Bolinho de bacalhau (salt cod fishcakes), Manjubinha(whitebait marinated in lemon and coriander) and pud of guava cheesecake. Then get out on that huge circular dance floor with its live bands or DJs and dance til late.

Totally Brazilian from its front door in, Guanabara boasts a huge circular dance floor, two bars (one upscale, one down, both funky), and authentic Brazilian food, people and live music. A selection of Brazilian DJs and bands are also available to hire for the afternoon. Start with a mojito or cachaca. Wines are South American, mostly. Then take to the dance floor and enjoy.
