This storefront restaurant offers the charm, warmth, and friendliness of the Italians as well as their unsurpassed cuisine in a dining room that is welcoming to all. The menu is classic Italian, with starters of prosciutto and melon, pizzas, pastas like traditional lasagne al forno, main of veal piccata in butter and lemon sauce, and pudding of zabaglione for two. This informal Italian brasserie is just what you're looking for when it comes to gatherings of friends or even biggish thank-you events. There's no private dining room, but groups of up to 30 can be accommodated in the dining room, or you can hire the whole venue seating up to 60. The ambience here is laid-back and friendly in the traditional Italian style. Try starter of grilled sardines, pasta of spaghetti alla carbonara, main course of chicken with fennel, cream, mushrooms and wine sauce, and share some zabaglione for a delicious finale.
