The latest project of restaurant dream team Sir Michael Cane and Claudio Pulze, Deya is set to be one hot cookie! As if these names weren't sizzling enough, Head Chef is Sanjay Dwivedi, fresh from working with Vineet Bhatia at Zaika. Food is contemporary, chic Indian, that is light, subtly flavoured and elegant. Décor is ultra-cool in a high fashion, clubby way. Should be great for a gorgeous night out, dressed to the nines! What's cooking? Goan Prawn Curry (Tiger Prawns steeped in goan spices cooked gently in coconut milk), Coconut Lamb (Diced lamb cooked slowly in coconut milk tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves, served with plain rice), and Masala Duck (Duck leg cooked gently in spices served with a rich black lentil sauce, 'perval bhunna' and masala mashed potatoes tempered with "urad dal").
