Masala is one of three high-end Indian restaurants that comprise the Spice Merchant Group, overlooked by group chef Vijay Anand who was trained in India's famous Oberoi Centre. Dining here is more than an experience, it's an education. Vijay's aims to encourage Toptablers to learn first-hand about the different cooking styles of India's various regions. Having said that, guess what the most popular dish is? You guessed it - chicken tikka masala! But before mains, start with a king prawn puri. Your taste buds will soon discover why it's so popular. What part of India your dessert takes you to is up to you. But wherever you travel, your immediate surroundings will be airy, colourful and fresh.
