We were once on a photo shoot where the snooty art director refused to touch anything except Benugo takeaway. The food is fresh, inventive, and very tasty. Now this delicious deli has got a proper restaurant where you can enjoy their gorgeous salads, sushi, sandwiches and more in a smart and relaxing setting. The style is minimalist, but comfortable, too. Set in the very luxurious and modern Crowne Plaza Hotel hard by Blackfriars, the Benugo dining room is just right for low-key business lunches or easy after-work meals. We can't recommend the parma ham and feta bruschetta with fig compote too highly, as well as the chicken and mango wrap, the brownies, and Our Mother's Bramley Apple Tart. The ingredients are fresh as can be and the service is just right.

You probaby already know Benugo from one of its chain of takeaway delis or you've been the beneficiary of one of their smart delivery vans. Now, at the fabulous Crowne Plaze Hotel in the City, Benugo has a chic little restaurant where you can nosh through their yummy menu away from your desk. And if it's good for lunches, its even better when shared with a group. Make this your favourite choice for out-of-office brainstorming sessions, quick birthday group lunches, or evening get-togethers. The back area, seating up to 16, can be booked for privacy. Everyone will enjoy the modern decor, good service and location. And the selections they will assemble for your guests will be just right, from deli sandwiches and wraps to salads and smoothies. It's all fresh and very, very good.
