The Abraham Lincoln and Manhattan Rooms are grand, elegant, impressive spaces in which to hold your launch, formal dinner dance, awards ceremony, or the party of your life. With panelled walls and ceilings and greatcolumns, the space holds up to 200 seated or 500 standing. It has its own cloakrooms and the latest presentation facilities, so is great for all-day conferences. The Manhattan is the only UK venue to offer TeleSuite, avirtual conference facility for real-time communication with five other TeleSuites in Europe and the UK. For business or private meals, the Savoy's menus are under the super-able direction of Maitre Chef des Cuisines Georg Fuchs. Dishes may include starter of warm salad of lemon sole fillet witha tomato and tarragon dip, main course of fillet of lamb in a puff pastry crust with roast potatoes and spinach puree glazed with cheese, followed by pudding of red wine poached pear gratinated with burnt orange ice cream, the Savoy's own blend of coffee and perfect petit fours. Wines are impeccable. The service for large events is excellent, based on more than a century ofexperience at the world-famous Savoy.
