Dishes may include starter of warm salad of lemon sole fillet with a tomato and tarragon dip, main course of fillet of lamb in a puff pastry crust with roast potatoes and spinach puree glazed with cheese, followed by pudding of red wine poachedpear gratinated with burnt orange ice cream, the Savoy's own blend of coffee and perfect petit fours. The wine cellars at the Savoy are exceptional and the service second to none.
