Massimo and Susanna from Italy create a continental-style restaurant with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, where everyone who visits just has to go back again. It must be the way they turn simple ingredients like fresh tomatoes, olives, garlic, mozzarella, basil and oregano into a wonderful range of pasta dishes, panini, bruschette and salads. Try Polpettine al limone con zucchine sott’olio (baked meatballs with lemon and marinated courgettes), followed by Petto di pollo in crosta di patate (chicken breast with potato crust and mixed mushrooms) for mains, or perhaps Gnocchi di patate con mozzarella di bufala (potato gnocchi with buffalo mozzarella and tomato) if you'd rather a vegetarian dish. Round it all up with a slice of home made cake for dessert and a few glasses of vino from their range of good wines.
