When you enter Patara, you will find your neck unknotting, your shoulders relaxing, and your mind entering a state of peaceful calm that is almost unheard-of in the heaving West End. Patara offers a warm, modern interpretation of Eastern hospitality, with lovely, stylish decor, swift, charming service and authentic Thai cuisine prepared by top chefs from Thailand. Try the starter of assorted rice paper rolls with prawns, crabmeat and five spiced duck with lime and chilli sauce, and main of marinated Aberdeen Angus fillet of beef sautéed in a sake black pepper sauce. There's a full vegetarian menu; Patara want to include everyone in the experience. This is an oasis in which to enjoy terrific food and pursue business, friendship, or romance.

Tables will only be kept for 15 minutes!A credit card is required to secure a reservation for groups of 6 persons or more, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. Late cancellations (within 72 hours of the reservation) and no-shows will incur a charge of £20 per person
