Over looking Conduit street and with it's separate entrance, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Closed on Sunday lunch. The restaurant features a contemporary, cosmopolitain menu uniting influences from around the world, while honouring traditional British favourites prepared by Paul Ribbands and his brigade. The menu is enhanced by an extensive list of unusual and rare/limited amount winesThe striking interior design of this seat restaurant is distinguished byit's wood panelling and a fireplace graces the heart of the room. Display cabinets showcase a selection of books. The service is as much as an art form as the food.Guests can enjoy dining with a menu created to reflect the individual mood of the occasion.

The hotel has four excellent conference and banqueting rooms, in which they are happy to arrange private lunches, dinners, lavish meetings and the like for Toptables. In ascending order starting with the smallest capacity of 18 is The Regency Room; followed by the Brighton Room which fits 30; Pine Room(40); and the Mount Vernon Room which sits 60 to 80 diners. The furniture in each can be configured to precisely suit your event, from dinner dance to cocktail reception. Choose either from the scrummy set menu or the a la carte; any other kind of menu you will need to request.
