High seas for high times - the Atlantic sets sail with all the swank of a Cunard liner, but loads more attitude. Once you've slipped past the door candy, head for the bar where sea gods and their yachtie totty down oceansof drink. Then sweep into the grand, glittering dining room for a great evening out. Columns, chandeliers, moulding and cornices are everywhere, and the millions of mirrors are for celeb-spotting, so don't be shy. The menu is modern European with many Mediterranean influences. What's cooking?Try dishes from the deep like crab ravioli with marinated crayfish tails and roasted skate with beurre tartare and Jersy Royal potatoes, or something more land-lubbing like plum tomato and basil salad with marinated feta cheese and braised lamb shank with champ potatoes and crispy sweetbreads. Puds include sweet balsamic strawberries, a heavenly combination, with chantilly cream,and walnut parfait with red wine-poached figs.

Get set for a delightful cruise on the great Atlantic, a long-running, high-kicking success that still draws the beautiful people for fabulous private do's in its Chez Cup room. Chez Cup is a scarlet woman of a room, soaring ceilings, and opulent detailing. It's perfect for high-profile launches and meetings, and unforgettable parties.
