Champor-Champor
About
You probably don't already know this but Champor-Champor is a Malay expression which loosely means to mix and match. This is exactly what you'll experience in the mixing and matching of Malay/Asian food. Masks and artefacts adorn the vibrantly coloured walls where yellows and blues are the order of the day. What's cooking? Main courses could include lamb and vegetable stew with minted couscous, pan-fried mustard leaf stuffed with sticky rice and almonds. Tempting desserts such as rich chocolate and cardamom cake - dark, moist and spiced.
